Return & Refund Eligibility:

  • Report issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include photo proof and order number via email at [your support email] or WhatsApp.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh produce, chilled/frozen items)
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items or promotional bundles

Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Store credits (preferred for future purchases), or
  • Original payment method (3–5 working days)

We reserve the right to reject refunds if the request does not meet our policy terms.
