Return & Refund Eligibility:
- Report issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photo proof and order number via email at [your support email] or WhatsApp.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g. fresh produce, chilled/frozen items)
- Opened or used products
- Sale items or promotional bundles
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Store credits (preferred for future purchases), or
- Original payment method (3–5 working days)
We reserve the right to reject refunds if the request does not meet our policy terms.
